Overview

Jess Stuart is able to tune into her mind. At any given point of the day she taps out of the world around her, and taps into herself.  She finds moments of comfort and release in this mental solitude, as she becomes aware of her surroundings. Now she wants to share her skill set with you.

The Art of Mindfulness aims to encourage the most dubious to understand the power of the mind and harness it to stay calm, focussed and effective. The workshop combines an in-depth talk with engaging discussion and practise and keeps you present in the moment.

Jess' musings have been published on some of the largest online wellness magazines. She also runs her own blog, online courses and workshops and retreats specialising in the art of mindfulness. A qualified yoga and meditation instructor, certified life coach and author of two successful books, coupled with an extensive HR background, it's pretty safe to say that Jess knows what she's talking about.
