Calling all clam lovers — whether you like them raw, in ceviche form, crispy-fried or baked, Prefab Hall is the place to be this August. As a part of Wellington On a Plate, the legendary Morgan McGlone is partnering up with Shepherd and Garage Project to bring you an absolute clam extravaganza.

Morgan McGlone is best-known for his mouthwateringly delicious fried chicken, with his restaurant Belles Hot Chicken now in six locations across the ditch. McGlone grew up in Australia but has both Māori and Irish blood and he's now bringing his talent in the kitchen back to Wellington with four courses of Cloudy Bay clams (excluding dessert).

With a large selection of clams done in ways you couldn't even imagine, you'll be full to the brim with seafood goodness. You'll also get the opportunity to enjoy a lineup of natural wines by Garage Project Crushed to wash down all those briny bivalves.

This event cannot cater to dietary requirements and bookings are essential. Don't miss out on this celebration of great food and delicious drinks with a world-famous chef. You'll leave feeling as happy as a clam.
