Overview
Although the Wellington winter is routinely more torrential rain and soggy footwear than snowmen and tabogganing, the folks behind Odlins Plaza are getting in the winter spirit and doing their best to inject a little bit of seasonal magic into the harbour area.
The centre-piece of the wintry make-over is the hugely popular ice rink, returning for yet another year. The rink will bring a winter wonderland vibe to the waterfront for just under a month.
The rink will operate from 20 June to 19 July, seven days a week. It’s also fully covered so can be used in any conditions.
