Overview

Dubbing his last appearance on our shores a "prequel," New Zealand's favourite country musician and hapless romantic, Wilson Dixon, is back for the first time. Again.

He's had some life changes since we last saw him- Maureen and the messy divorce are behind him (beside him, rather- she's moved in with next-door-neighbour, Dwayne). Our boy has moved on, to a new love. But how are those around him (namely his large family and two dogs) reacting to the new lady?

Wilson Dixon has received a large helping of acclaim on our shores. Since winning the Supreme New Zealand International Comedy Festive FRED award in 2010, his turn around the UK scene, including appearances at Edinburgh Fringe, Glasgow Comedy Festival and the Leicester Comedy Festival and collaborations with some comedy greats mean he's a favourite of ours and a blimmin' good time- those dead pan odes and the killer one liners will have you rolling in the aisles of the Macs Function Centre.
