Cocktail of the Weekend: New York Bound

The New York Bound is a variation of the New York sour, a drink which was originally inspired by the settlement of the Irish in New York.

Ingredients

50mls Jameson Whiskey
15mls Yellow Chartreause
20mls Yuzu juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
Dash of egg white
20mls red wine

Method

1. Dry shake all ingredients with the exception of the wine.
2. Add ice and reshake until chilled.
3. Double strain the mixture into a wine glass.
4. Float the red wine on top of the drink.
5. Garnish the drink with a flame orange zest.
