Overview

While a reformer machine may seem daunting at first, the Thrive studio on Manners street is the perfect place to pop in for a moment of quiet. The sun beams gorgeously into the quaint studio. These pilates classes have a point of difference to most in the reformer based exercises. In each class you work through muscles you never knew you had. Having a clear mind goes hand in hand with having a well-looked after body. Owner Anna, works closely with each of her clients to ensure they walk away feel energised and in one, very zen piece.

Between morning meetings and afternoon school pick-ups, Thrive is as good as a glass of wine for the stressed. The classes are wholly silent, with the exception of your instructor's voice. It's an alternative to how you might normally expect to find your zen but its guaranteed that there's a certain stillness to these classes. Cherish Thrive pilates as a time in your week to focus on yourself, even just for 55 minutes.
