Overview

The Makers and Shakers Market will visit Melbourne at the end of April, bringing with it the whole kit and caboodle of bespoke ceramics, homewares and jewellery (as well as tasty food to rejuvenate you when you get the oh-no-I-just-spent-all-my-money sweats).

Kick things off at 10am with a coffee, spend a few hours browsing, and then chow down on a toastie or a gourmet pie. The market gives space to local makers to sell their handmade wares, with everything from resin rings to tomato chutney to be found. Stallholders this time round include botanical-themed resin wares by Nanna Woo, vegan treats by Von's Vegan Bakehouse, dreamy pastel ceramics from Alison Willoughby and crochet goodness from Full Tilt Nanna. And that's just the crust of the pie — there are many more to choose from when you take a full bite.
