Overview
Auckland International Buskers Festival is back showcasing some of the best street performers around. There are all kinds of weird and wonderful acts here so expect to be seriously entertained.
Some of the highlights include Brazilian master manipulator and illusionist Diogo Alvares, robot dance machine Mr Animation, sword swallower Aerial Manx and New Zealander Sport Susie, who channels Flash Dance and Olympic weightlifters in her hilarious show.
You can catch the performers daily at 12pm at a variety of downtown locations including Vulcan Lane, Princes Wharf, Viaduct Harbour Entrance and Wynyard Quarter. Alternatively, night shows run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7.30pm in Market Square at Viaduct Harbour.
