Basement's Xmas Closing Night Shindig
Send off the theatre's Christmas season with harmony-driven power-rock.
Overview
The Basement's annual yuletide stage show, Santa Claus, has seen everyone from Antonia Prebble to Chlöe Swarbrick, Miriama Kamo and Jesse Griffin take the stage during its three-week run. The must-attend Christmas offering will come to a close on Wednesday 20 December and you're invited to the wrap party.
The inner city community theatre will celebrate its last open night of the year by hitting the dance floor. Leading the bill will be power-rock quartet The Beths. Expect jangly guitars, stacked vocal harmonies and explosive shredding. Support will come from up-and-coming producer Baby Zionov and DJ Bridge.
And in the name of Christmas, it's absolutely free.
