Bon Appétit with Stella Artois 2023

Overview

It's that time of year again — time to say Bon Appétit with Stella Artois, and treat yourself to an indulgent dining experience with an ice-cold beer in hand. But you'll have to act fast, with all but one exclusive session still available to book.

On Thursday, November 16, guests will be transported through time, with Stella Artois using food and drink to take diners on a journey through iconic moments in film history, from Pulp Fiction to Flashdance to The Grand Budapest Hotel across three courses.

The culinary experts at the helm of the series are husband and wife Jordan and Sarah Macdonald, who have years of experience in the hospitality industry under their belts. They're also hosting the event at their newest culinary endeavour, Osteria Uno Eatery in Birkenhead.

The Macdonalds have created a mouth-watering meal for their guests, starting with handmade crayfish rigatoni, before launching into the hero of the night: the Royale with Cheese inspired by the often-quoted car scene between John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson's hitmen in Tarantino's masterpiece. This isn't something you might find at Macca's, with the burger built out of gold leaf buns. To finish it all off, diners will be served a dessert lover's dream — three pastries dripping in hazelnut, chocolate and caramel.
