The feast on Saturday, May 22 will start with bottomless baskets of the restaurant's specialty fried bird. The free-range chook is brined for 12 hours, fried in buttermilk batter and then served in your choice of spice level alongside pickles and ranch dipping sauce. To keep you hydrated across the two-hour session there will be Garage Project beer and house wine flowing.

Bookings are essential for the bottomless chicken package. No children or guests under 18 are permitted to attend. The two-hour bottomless package begins at confirmed booking start time and diners will not be served more than one beverage and one fried chicken basket at a time.
