Overview

What does it mean to be "cool"? There's always someone around us who has the air of effortless cool. From the sports champion to the it girl on Instagram and the funny guy at work, we've been cowering in the corner watching their swift moves, laughing at their jokes and praying that one day we'll have an ounce of their sophistication.

In pursuit of becoming top dogs, comedy duo Ava Diakhaby (FlapsBoys) and Frith Horan (Mating in Captivity, Album Party) shed light on the absurdity of aspiring to be unattainably perfect in a hilarious and wonderfully bizarre sketch. In Cool Behaviour the pair will draw on acting, dance, song and even some Beyonce to emulate their desired persona.

It'll be a laugh out loud production with the two comedy performers, who will touch on real-life situations that are bound to resonate with all of us. The show is on for three nights only at Q Theatre as part of Auckland Fringe Festival.
