Overview

After dedicating two months to gamey waterfowl and one month to the 'diamond of the kitchen', Princess Wharf eatery Euro is switching things up for October by focusing on paua.

Every day in October between 12-4pm diners will have the opportunity to indulge in three courses of the delicious, oversized marine molluscs for under $30.

Executive chef Gareth Stewart's menu includes seven paua dishes to choose from, including creamed paua soup served with a 63 degree egg, paua agnolotti with bonito broth, and paua cabonara.

For an additional cost you can upgrade each course to feature paua served with market fish and shiitake mushrooms, paua sesame toast with smoked mussels and miso butter, and creamed paua paired with Taupo beef and potato terrine. See the full menu here.

Booking is recommended. You can do so here.
