Overview
One of the early pioneers of trap music, Flosstradamus first rose to prominence with a remix of Major Lazer's hit single 'Original Don'. Since then, Flosstradamus has worked with the likes of Diplo, Post Malone and Three 6 Mafia, supported Chromeo on tour and appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Flosstradamus as a band consisted of Chicago musicians Cameruci and Josh Young from 2007 and 2016, but after the two musicians decided to go their separate ways, Cameruci continued using Flosstradamus as a stage name.
Besides their trap music, Flosstradamus is also known for its unique aesthetic and way of presenting their music. When they released Banned 3 it came with a vaporiser, and for one show Flosstradamus also collaborated with Off-White's Virgil Abloh to build a 14-foot-tall structure for the band to DJ out of, along with an actual burnt out car crashed into the stage.
The now-solo act will be playing on Anzac Day eve this week.
