Goodnight at Good Day
A burger joint's ode to spring.
Overview
Irregular American-style burger pop-up Bearded Clam has announced the third instalment of its seasonal appearances. The next Goodnight event for 2018 will take place at Orakei's Good Day cafe as an ode to spring.
Over two nights (September 28-29), Bearded Clam owners Adam Crickett and Ryan Kneebone will be showcasing all things beef. Making a triumphant return is the pair's Black Label cheeseburger. This rarely seen specimen will contain 55-day dry-aged organic beef and black truffle alongside some other "decadently balanced, beefy accoutrements."
As per usual, diners can expect a carefully curated selection of the finest booze and a bangin' playlist.
The event is ticketed with limited numbers — and believe us when we say they sell like hotcakes. Book a seat by emailing [email protected]. Note: Please state how many seats you require and for which night.
