If galleries aren't really your thing and you'd prefer a walk in the park, then check out the 2014 Harbourview Sculpture Trail. The outdoor art exhibition offers work from over fifty established and emerging New Zealand artists along with spectacular city and harbour views, and not a white wall in sight.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Te Atatu Peninsula, all the pieces in the trail have been created specifically for the site at Harbourview People’s Park. From pukekos to politics, carvings to cortens steel, the Harbourview Sculpture Trail has plenty to admire and amuse.
Open 10am – 6pm daily. Tickets available onsite or online.
