Hip Hop Clowning

Overview
As part of an eleven-week programme the performing arts showcase Pick and Mix is bringing a range of free events to the Aotea Centre. This week elements of hip hop, theatre, clowning and character development combine to provide a highly entertaining and interactive performance bought to you by a collaboration of performance artists.
After the one hour performance a workshop will be held to enable you to explore your 'inner clown’ through movement and physical theatre. Leave your inhibitions at the door and get ready to laugh.
The sessions are held in the Level 5 foyer of the Aotea Centre and will be set up with casual seating, bean bags and a coffee cart.
