Overview
I went to see this quartet last year when they were voted Best International Act at the Comedy Festival and I laughed so hard I put my hand up to go again. I was expecting more ridiculous and fast-paced witty sketches and that's exactly what I got.
The four 'idiots' poked fun at things like gender differences, gaming, parenthood and romance. These guys will do almost anything for a laugh; dress up as a baby, throw coins down each other's trousers and attempt to speak while foaming at the mouth as they brush their teeth.
It was a mostly new show to last year's but a few scenarios were ones I'd seen before. That was okay because even when I knew what was coming next, their comedic timing and off the cuff remarks kept it all pretty fresh. Most of all what's so hilarious about watching these guys perform live is how much they bounce off each other and laugh at themselves. Idiots of Ants; four buffoons for the price of one. What's not to like?
