Local songbird Ladi6 who features prolifically amongst Aotearoa's musical landscape is set to bless the audience with her hypnotic vocals and soothing sounds. Ladi6 is preparing to release her third studio album later this year following her brilliant previous album The Liberation Of... . Recorded between Studio A in Detroit and Revolver Studios in Waiuku, her first single from her upcoming album, Ikarus, produced by the talented Parks is sure to be a taste of what to expect on her forthcoming release.
Tom Scott (Homebrew) completes the line-up for the night with his group @Peace, who released their second EP Girl Songs on Valentines Day earlier this year. Alongside Scott, Lui Tuiasau, Christoph 'El Truento' James, Hayden 'Dastardly' Dick and Brandon Haru form the dazzling collective with their heavenly performances. The group provides Scott with the opportunity to explore his more contemplative and reflective side, compellingly assisted by the jazz and soul genius of his support cast. @Peace are on the verge of releasing their debut album.
