Alexander has dedicated her life to food, running renowned restaurants. She wrote the veritable cooking encyclopaedia The Cooks Companion, which has sold over 1.5 Million copies worldwide.
She was also instrumental in starting the Garden to Table Movement to educate children about food in Australia and beyond. While this is one of the festivals pricier events at $99 per head, it promises to be the most luxurious with beautiful wine, gorgeous food, sea views and - of course - excellent company.
