Overview

Making a toast to the first Champagne designed especially to be enjoyed over ice is the Moët Ice Summer Sessions. Hosted by HeadQuarters, attendees at the three summer events will enjoy free-flowing champers and the vibrant energy of Auckland's Viaduct Harbour with live DJ sets from the likes of Jaimie Webster Haines, Justin Sweeney and Gracie Taylor.

We're told the new drop is best served in a large glass (the larger the better) with three ice cubes to lock in its effervescence. Fresh garnishes will also be on hand to create Champagne cocktails, including a choice of mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit zest, cucumber peel, slices of ginger, cardamom seeds, strawberries and raspberries.

Head to HeadQuarters from 4–7pm on Friday 8 December, Friday 19 January and Friday 16 February to try a goblet of Moët Ice Impérial for yourself.
