If you've ever tucked into the delicious food at Federal Street's MASU and thought to yourself "wow, I wish I could whip this up at home", well, now's your chance. Award-winning head chef Nic Watt wants to show you how at an exclusive masterclass event hosted at the recently revamped De'Longhi Group showroom on Khyber Pass Road next month.

You'll be treated to a four-course meal, sake from MASU's extensive range, craft beer and a presentation from Nic which includes his philosophy on cooking and eating; plus easy-to-follow practical demonstrations allowing you to re-create his meals in your own kitchen (or at least, a rough approximation).

Guests also score goodie bags stuffed with premium items like MASU's sake carafe. If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine - but always found it too overwhelming or fiddly to have a go at yourself - this is perfect for you.
