After dedicating an entire month to the 'diamond of the kitchen', Princess Wharf eatery Euro is switching things up for September by focusing on plump scallops.
Every day in September between 12–4pm diners will have the opportunity to indulge in three courses of the delicious marine clams for under $30.
Executive chef Gareth Stewart's menu includes six scallop dishes to choose from, including celeriac velouté with roasted scallops, parmesan gnocchi with jumbo scallops and a scallop slider topped with siracha mayo. For an additional cost you can upgrade each course to feature fresh scallop ceviche, Rangaunu Bay scallops with squid ink tortellini, and scallop 'boudin blanc' with spring greens.
