Overview
Dust off your floral dress, dig your sunnies out of the glove box, and pray for some spring time sun. This Sunday, The Street Food Collective will house a wee bit of a spring fling to celebrate nothing other than the fact that spring is in the air. Hosted by Miss Charlotte Cake (vintage baker, blogger and pinup model), there promises to be Americana aplenty.
For the kids there will be face painting, and for the grown up kids there will be drinks and retro tunes flowing in equal measure. Rita Sue clothing will also be presenting a mini fashion showcase. The first twenty people to attend the Spring Fling will receive their own 'potted colour' to take home for their garden.
At the end of the day though, the number one reason for heading to The Street Food Collective is always going to be the food itself, and this Sunday's Americana affair looks to have a rather promising lineup. Included will be delicious tacos from both Coreano and The Lucky Taco, American style dessert pies from a mother-daughter team who combine to form The Pie Piper, and Sweet Val's who will be serving up the smoothest, creamiest and freshest ice cream in town.
