This harbourside bar is now serving up boozy ice cream everyday.
Overview
Viaduct Harbour venue Coops Corner Pub certainly loves its tequila. It has an entire menu dedicated to the stuff, including liqueurs and tasting flights and regularly incorporates the spirit into its menu. After firing up its slushy machine for a one-day frozen margarita celebration last November, the bar is now set to scoop up a storm with a new boozy ice cream offering.
As well as enjoying a thirst-quenching bevvie by the water's edge, you can now knock back a delicious ball of tequila ice ice cream every day from 2pm. Coops will be slinging scoops for $5 a pop. Perfect while the weather remains nice and toasty.
