Local artists selling their wares, wonderful aromas of cooking food wafting through the air, perhaps a little accordion music to set the mood....you could be on the streets of Paris, somewhere in Montmartre....but luckily you don't have to go that far.

Get along to Golden Dawn to check out their newest venture, The Artist's Dinner which is all in the name of affordable art. You, the art lover, will have the chance to buy original artwork to start or add to your collection, hand picked by some of this district's finest contemporary artists.

Commissioned exclusively for The Artist’s Dinner, each artist will be selling 20 limited edition signed works printed by fine art printer The Print Room for $40 alongside other work. With such bargain prices and great names up for grabs — Fiona Pardington, Flox, Liam Gerrard, Stephen Langdon and Malangeo — these artworks are literally going to walk out the door.

Bring cash for the art and if you manage to save a dollar or two you can get fill your belly with a tasty French-inspired street dinner.
