The Coffee Origins Degustation Dinner

Overview

Coffee is usually savoured as a post-meal treat to avoid that carb slump. In this case, every single course will be accompanied by a variation of the much-loved caffeinated bean. Needless to say, you can forget about sleeping.

Led by celebrity chef Josh Emett, The Coffee Origins Degustation Dinner will allow diners to discover what happens when coffee from five different countries is matched with five different courses.

An espresso martini will greet guests upon arrival before Emett creates dishes like a traditional Colombian kingfish ceviche with pickled watermelon and Indian wood-smoked spiced duck. Each course will be paired with Nespresso coffee and wine matches. There will no vegetarian or vegan dish alternatives available and all dishes may contain traces of dairy, gluten and nuts.

The one-off event will take place at Newton Road's Orange Coronation Hall on Thursday, 20 September.
