The Grand Psychedelic Bazaar

Overview

Grand Psychedelic Bazaar puts a twist on the usual market day, bringing music and a variety of worldly wares to Mount Eden this July.

Taking place indoors — the venue is as secret until the day before — the event follows suit of the classic bazaars, which are enclosed marketplaces to shop, buy and exchange. Running for 12 hours you have time to explore the market from noon to night, with many cultures, small business owners and different styles celebrated throughout the venue.

A family friendly event, the focus is sharing diverse and unique goods, bringing together the community and enjoying musical entertainment from a lineup of DJs. To a backdrop of psychedelic tunes, visit stalls selling food, coffee, clothes, handmade crafts, art and more late into the evening.

Brought to you by the Science of Sound, in collaboration with Inkahoots, the event has been dubbed, "a market day party with a twist."
