Williams Eatery x Seresin Winemakers Dinner

Overview

Inspired by a shared passion for organic and biodynamic produce and dedication to quality, the team at Williams Eatery in Wynyard Quarter are collaborating with organic wine producers Seresin Estate to bring the best of Marlborough food and wine to Auckland.

Newly opened in Wynyard Quarter, Williams Eatery will host Seresin Estate winemaker Tamra Kelly-Washington who travelled world making remarkable wines before settling in her hometown of Marlborough to head Seresin's winemaking team.

On Wednesday 13 June Tamra will take attendees through wines she has carefully matched to compliment the culinary creations of Williams' head chef Reginaldo Richard — the specifics of which will be surprise on the night, but expect nods to the duck season, autumn vegetables and Marlborough shellfish.

Tickets are $100 and limited due to venue capacity. Although this is an inaugural event for Williams Eatery they are keen to make sure that this isn't the last winemaker dinner they host.
