Zen Dog is based on the life of veteran Kiwi actor Mick Innes whose career in film, television and theatre has spanned three decades. He's appeared in loads of shows including the hilarious if undervalued comedy Hounds as well as SuperCity, Sunny Skies and Shortland Street.
He's now pushing 60 and something he's never done is a one-man play, until now. Zen Dog is a series of raw confessions performed by Mick, an actor who isn't afraid to expose himself. What you see is what you get. For those who enjoy inspiring life stories and aren't easily offended Zen Dog promises to charm and delight.
