LL Wine and Dine, found just of the main Kings Cross drag, has a colourful history. Once an illegal casino in the '60s and later an adult bookstore, it's now home to one of the best Yum Cha menus in Sydney.

Head chef Jin Kung cooks up a contemporary pan-Asian storm of headline-making crispy pork belly in palm sugar, with kaffir lime leaf and rice vinegar syrup, as well as a salivating selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options, such as their wok-fried chilli tofu, served on rice crackers.

Inspired by the hustle and bustle of a Hong Kong bar, LL is also known for its cocktails - take a jug of Big Trouble in Little China, LL Cool Sling or Melon Oriental, for example - and for its late-night opening and live music.
