Overview
When it comes to delivering luxe Italian cuisine, Rosetta — the Neil Perry-helmed diner — makes no amateur effort. The sophisticated restaurant is based in the heart of The Rocks and is worth braving the crowds of tourists to get to — particularly on a Saturday afternoon when, after a long week at work, all you can think about is getting a top-notch feed into your belly and washing it down with a glass (or two) of wine. If this feeling sounds all too familiar, let us introduce you to Rosetta's new Saturday long lunch deal.
From midday every Saturday, Rosetta plays host (just like your nonna) to a feast designed to share among families or friends. To start, expect genuine Italian salumi, burrata with tomatoes and olive oil and fusilli with zucchini. Next up, you'll tuck into grilled market fish and beef tagliata served with crispy potatoes and salad. And be sure to leave room for dessert — more specifically, torta di Verona (a tiramisu-like dish) and cannoli.
The share menu costs $70 per person and includes a spritz on arrival. You can also upgrade to the $99 per person option, which gives you access to two hours of Aperol spritzes, prosecco, wine and beer.
Rosetta's Saturday Long Lunch is available every Saturday from midday. To make a booking, visit the website.
