Live In The City: Mixtape Weekend

Overview

We are a musical city, it’s undeniable.

We have a lot of talent; there are so many musicians who are creating great music in our city – many of whom go unheard.

Brisbane City Council is trying to rectify this by hosting free live music in Queen Street Mall on Sunday the 24^th, Monday the 25^th and Tuesday the 26^th.

If you are just out and about for lunch, doing a bit of shopping or are just curious to hear what Brisbane has to offer music wise, you should stop by one of three locations to catch a song or two.

Mixtape Weekend will feature some great local and interstate musical acts such as Tiger And Me, Dave Di Marco, Free Like Me and Brisbane Concert Orchestra to name a few.
