Overview

If there is one band I would willingly get bloody knees for out of excitement it’s these two lads. Hailing from the Gold Coast originally, The Bleeding Knees Club’s super fun and highly catchy dance-punk tunes led them straight into frequent airtime on triple j and to support gigs with various high profile bands throughout last year.

As part of their initial headlining Australian tour The Bleeding Knees Club will be in Brisbane and partying up a storm at The Zoo. Supporting them with raucous behaviour will be Gung Ho, The Keep On Dancin’s and the Otchkies. Showcasing their EP Virginity, their first hit 'Bad Guys' is sure to go off like a firecracker when played.

Considering they’ve been handpicked by Wavves, Lightspeed Champion, Gold Fields and Yacht Club DJs to accompany them, as well as given the opportunity to play Big Day Out, this is a great opportunity to see them before they head off into bigger and crazier pastures.
