That's when Bring Your Game Brisbane takes over the CBD's central outdoor space for two sessions of b-ball action. And if you're wondering just what has inspired this sporting extravaganza, well, there's a mighty good reason. Brisbane is about to boast Queensland's first House of Hoops by Foot Locker store, and Nike and Foot Locker have joined forces to celebrate.

Everyone from amateurs to suburban superstars are welcome, with some of Australia's basketball greats due to show up to strut their stuff as well. As far as we're concerned, other than watching real pros in action, it's the best basketball event to come to Brisbane since Space Jam was spotted playing on a TV screen in one of the city's favourite dive bars.
