Festive Season at Hyatt Regency Brisbane

'Tis the season to be jolly, or at the very least, the season is coming up very soon. As a rule proved year on year, there's no shortage of summer celebrations — so the human struggle is deciding how and where you want to spend your fun-filled time. In news that will bless the ears of aspiring partygoers, Hyatt Regency Brisbane has the entirety of the festive season covered with a month of Christmas feasting and an all-out New Year's Eve party.

Traditionally, Christmas equals big portions, so why not feast from a bougie buffet? From Monday, November 28, Lennons Restaurant & Bar will be hosting a Festive Buffet from Monday to Friday (plus a cheeky Saturday for Christmas Eve). You can expect a hearty spread of mains like honey mustard roast ham, seared salmon and wild mushroom gnocchi, salads (like the much-loved potato salad and the fan fave that sees watermelon meet mint and feta), a carving station (for all carnivorous needs) and a dessert station (it'd be rude not to). It's an ideal place to plate up a meal worthy of Santa Claus.

It doesn't stop there either. Should you be in need of a feed on the big day itself, you can make the most of the celebration with a bountiful food and drinks package. You'll dine till you're done (but no rush, you have three hours) with a flavour-laden buffet and drinks package, while you're serenaded by live musos. Also, we hear Santa himself may be making an appearance at some point...

Once Christmas farewells for another year, New Year's Eve is hurtling in at full speed, and Sail Away NYE Party is taking over the Hibiscus Room. Expect a sparkling spritz bar, four hours of flowing drinks, canapés doing the rounds and a fully stocked food station to fuel you through an evening of live entertainment. Lineup for the photo booth early if you want to snap your entry to 2023 — which you will toast to with a glass of Taittinger champagne.
