Overview
Sunday session: they're two of the finest words in the English language, particularly if you like ending your weekend in style (and forgetting that you have to go back to reality the next day, even just for a few hours). Thanks to Salt Meats Cheese, they're about to be joined by a few more excellent terms: Aperol Spritz jugs and pizza.
Until Sunday, December 29, that's what's on the menu from 12–6pm every Sunday at SMC's Gasworks store. Farewell your few days off with a sip, a bite and some tunes — and don't pay more than $29.
As part of the weekly event, SMC is serving up spritz jugs for $19, and pizzas and antipasto platters for $10 — but you'll have to buy a jug to get the cheap eats. Either makes a good choice, but a few slices and plenty of sips go hand in hand. Just pick your favourite from a selected menu and settle in for the arvo.
