He jotted down the humorous rhymes and scribbled the colourful images from the books that were a staple of your childhood.

All that, you know — but did you know about his secret art? Beyond the 44 children's stories, more than 400 World War II political cartoons, hundreds of advertisements and countless editorials that made him an icon, he also painted and sculpted for his own enjoyment.
