Overview

Move over puzzle-making, there's a new iso activity in our sights that brings us all the relaxing benefits of focusing our attention and creativity on a singular task, as well as resulting in striking wall art to keep forever.

Launching in 2020 for the first time, the new LEGO Art range includes a pop art-inspired mosaic of Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe portraits and a nostalgic tribute to The Beatles' White Album in a set that heroes each of the band member's faces within its own square frame.

LEGO sets have always appealed to a broad age range, but these eye-catching creations have an extra chic look to them. Each one has around 3000 tiles, so you can really sink into the experience of building each brick of the bigger picture over time. And, to heighten the experience, there are special soundtracks to accompany each set. When you're building Marilyn, you can listen to stories of Andy Warhol's New York studio, The Factory, and when you're building The Beatles, you can hear stories about the band that even hardcore fans might find surprising.

Each box set in the LEGO Art range costs $199.99. The beauty of this range is that once you've completed your work of art, you can take it apart and rearrange it — it's one picture that you can arrange in four different ways. Or, you can add to the collection with images from Marvel Studios and the Star Wars franchise, also in the range.
