The Loco Lomi bowl is a blush-hued delight, featuring salmon sashimi with citrus ponzu dressing and pink pickled ginger. If you are craving a little crunch, look towards the Funky Chicken bowl, stuffed with poached chicken, carrot, kale and crispy fried wontons.
