Eating-wise, head chef Patrick Panier brings his international experience to what Medley is calling "world inspired food". His first seasonal menu certainly proves the point, spanning Catalan baked eggs and eggs a la mer, moussaka and Moroccan lamb tagine, plus South West coq au vin and galaktoboureko (aka Greek semolina custard in filo served with a rose-lemon syrup). Think of it as an country-hopping journey without leaving the comfort of your dining table. And the best part?
