Overview

Who said eating out had to be unhealthy? And who said rushing to the latest web sensation turned permanent eatery had to cause guilt? Not Miss Bliss Treats. They've set up shop in West End serving the most rare of things: delicious food that's also good for you.

At Miss Bliss Whole Foods Kitchen, you'll find their signature Bliss Balls, of course, whether the apple and cinnamon, peanut butter cacao protein, espresso power shot, coconut lemon vitality burst or cacao truffle superfood hit takes your fancy. In the Vulture Street space that Andy's Fruit Market formerly occupied, you'll also find mouth-watering breakfasts, lunches and takeaway meals.

An edible wellness board that looks as good as it sounds, a savoury bliss bowl featuring seasonal roasted vegetables, quinoa, house-made pesto, parmesan and a gooey egg, and salads-to-go with your choice of falafels, chicken or eggs as protein are just the beginning. Even those just after a coffee are in for something special, both to consume and to give back, with 20 cents from every organic Veneziano sold donated to help the less fortunate. Here, you can find your own bliss, and help others to, too.
