Silo Bakery

Overview

Silo Bakery is renowned for having some of Canberra's finest pastries, artisanal bread and tarts. If you're in the mood for a good sourdough or rye loaf, this is where you'll find them. The same applies if you're after a stellar almond croissant, potato pie or chicken caesar salad sandwich. Basically, it has the goods to satisfy all the sweet and savoury tooths.

The bakery is also a cafe that serves up an all-day menu including the likes of eggs florentine, chilli jam-poached eggs and a gruyere omelette for breakfast, plus smoked salmon pizza and crab pasta for lunch.

You'll find this haven of indulgent bites in the heart of Kingston in Canberra's inner south. Silo Bakery also takes special orders, which can be made the day before you need to pick them up.
