Overview

Geranium is a culinary gem that has established itself as one of the most renowned and influential restaurants in Denmark – and now the world. With its three Michelin stars, iconic location, and surprisingly meat-free menu, Geranium offers a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience. 

Led by chef Rasmus Kofoed, guests embark on a seasonal 'Universe' tasting menu that will take place over three hours (minimum). Each plate is meticulously crafted, with local and seasonal ingredients showcased using innovative techniques. You can pair your 20 or so courses with a curated list of minimal intervention wines or non-alcoholic juice. 

And we can't forget, this dining experience takes place on the eighth floor in Fælledparken (the Common Gardens), with elegant and minimalist interiors boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that offer sweeping city views.
