Step back in time to Chicago in the roaring 1920s, when velvet, jazz, bootleggers and backdoor bartenders were all the rage.

Taking its inspiration from this colourful time in history, The 18th Amendment Bar is a throwback to prohibition-era speakeasies, and serves classic cocktails with innovative twists — try the Jitterbug, a take on a southside featuring gin, lime, mint, cucumber and fairy floss, or the Bonnie and Clyde, a mix of vodka, passionfruit, coconut, citrus, and foam. In keeping with the prohibition times, there's also a great range of fun mocktails available.
