The Blue Apron Restaurant

Overview

Located in Tullamore, County Offaly — about halfway between Dublin and Galway and, therefore, right in the middle of the island of Ireland — The Blue Apron offers guests a high-class dining experience.

Guided by husband and wife duo Kenan and Sarah Pehlivan, the restaurant takes cues from Kenan's Turkish ancestry to create an array of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes using local ingredients. The wine list looks further afield, exploring varietals from New Zealand to Chile.
