Tuesday of this week saw the premiere of Come Back, a cinematic collaboration between Will Davidson and Stevie Dance, editor of Russh Magazine. The film stars iconic models Irina Lazareanu and Larry Scott, and features clothing by the likes of Australian designers Zimmerman, Willow, Scanlan & Theodore, Karen Walker, Dion Lee and Josh Goot.

The tagline of the film is ‘somewhere along the way, no matter how much he loved her, he lost her,’ and we’re promised a love story of a different calibre. Filmed deep in the deserts of Arizona, the video teaser gives us a glimpse of what you would expect from a collaboration such as this: beautiful people, photographed beautifully. A girl in a pink dress runs through the desert holding a tambourine, a man kicks sand and looks longingly out into the wilderness before him, before the whole thing fades to an image of lights in darkness, evoking the kind of chiaroscuro imagery drawn upon by Bill Henson.

Following the premiere, Come Back will feature exclusively on the Russh website. Furthermore, the film will link to a live charity auction on eBay where some of the clothes worn by Lazareanu and Scott will be up for grabs. All proceeds of the auction go to charity and will run until the 29th of November.
