Noni

Overview

Award-winning and Michelin-starred Chef Jonathan Brincat, affectionately known as "Noni", is the founder and co-owner of this restaurant of the same name.

After plying his trade in luxury restaurants and hotels around the world, Brincat came to Valletta to set up his own establishment. The location at 211 Republic Street has had many lives, and some of those remain in its current fit-out, including a centuries-old oven, cast iron doors, stone vaults and the restaurant's exterior.

Noni's Michelin star is well-deserved. With a menu that combines traditional techniques and mercantile influences, Noni promises a memorable culinary journey that is both sophisticated and inviting.
