Hosted for the 25th time in 2017, the Centre for Contemporary Photography's Salon 2017 exhibition celebrates outstanding achievements in photomedia from across Australia. CCP Salon 2017 is a win for both photographers and lovers of the medium as 28 industry leaders have got behind the event to offer up $20,000 worth of prizes across the 35 categories. And you can have a say in the one categories winner as the public selects their favourite image for the Marion Boyce Costume Design People's Choice Award.
For the past 31 years, the Centre for Contemporary Photography has been one of Australia's most important spaces for boundary pushing photography. Actively exploring the art form as new technologies, trends and shifting creative landscapes influence photography, CCP Salon 2017 is one of the best ways to keep up with the latest in photographic art.
CCP Salon 2017 runs opens on Thursday, November 23 and runs until Saturday, December 16.
