Be one of the first 100 punters to roll into the Crown Melbourne venue from noon on September 18, and you'll land yourself a customised 'Chooseburger'. To take that meat and bun combo to the next level, you'll get to select your own hero cheese, choosing up to three variations from a lineup of That's Amore's finest. Indulge the fancies of your inner traditionalist with some melty smoked mozzarella, or shake things up with the likes of a truffle-infused cheese, a taleggio-style lavato or even the soft-rind caciotta with a hit of chilli.

Even if you miss out on one of the freebies, you can still nab your own Chooseburger, but for this one day only. Burgers are priced at $14, matched with chips and a soft drink for $16.
